About Me

I’ve spent the majority of my career in digital agencies. Fresh from University, I started at a large London agency, moved to a smaller regional agency, and then launched my own UX agency. Over 12 years, I transformed it from zero investment into a highly recognised consultancy collaborating with top-tier clients like Financial Times, Vitality, Siemens, and Burberry. After selling my shares, I served as a Global UX Director for a global agency, leading acquisitions for two years before deciding to work independently again.
